| Primary stakholders (operators, employees and volunteers) contribute with their efforts and resources to the achievement of statutory objectives. Their relationship with the association has formally declined for workers and employees in employment contracts, consulting and stage agreements. Their interest in the association is represented by the social objective, along with their vocational paths, as well as by the body of values we all share. The relation that the volunteers have with ACRA is not contractual but of empathy in terms of values and vision. |
