With its registration to the Prefecture of Milan on 4th April 2011, the NGO ACRA has became a foundation.
After nearly half a century of commitment to cooperation and solidarity, becoming a foundation ACRA wants to guarantee to all its stakeholders a better governance, an increased transparency and a flexible legal form in order to combine resources and capabilities both of the North and of the South hemisphere to better meet the challenges of the third millennium.
The Directors of the Foundation have been appointed during the Extraordinary Assembly of 20th November 2010; the President and CEO have been elected at the first meeting of the Board of Directors, which was held at the ACRA headquarters on 13th June 2011
