Dakar Forum 2016 - Milan Urban Food Policy Pact

Milan Urban Food Policy Pact is an international covenant signed in Milan on the 15th October 2015, during an official ceremony attended by Mayors and representatives of signatory municipalities. The root idea is that production, transformation, and distribution of food, along with food waste, deeply affects the future of all of us. This process is an opportunity to foster an alternative path for urban policy development, starting point to reach the shared objective of promoting sustainable food systems.
